Returns & Exchanges

At COMMENSE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
